Email us for a quick reply
For the fastest response, email design@airzone.co.za. Tell us the suburb, the type of building, and whether you need a site assessment, repair, upgrade or full system design. If you can include photos of the ceiling void, outdoor unit area, or existing controls, it helps us answer you more accurately.
Most enquiries are picked up during business hours, and we normally come back within one working day. If a project is urgent, such as a failed office zone or a home with no cooling during load-shedding, please say so in the subject line.
Areas we cover from Johannesburg and Pretoria
We are based in Johannesburg and cover the wider northern and eastern Gauteng corridor. That includes homes, offices and sectional title properties in places where zoning matters most, especially when different rooms need different temperatures.
- Johannesburg, Sandton and Randburg
- Pretoria, Centurion and Pretoria East
- Nearby suburbs and business parks by arrangement
If you are outside these areas, email us anyway. We can often advise on the right specification, even where a local installer handles the physical work.
What to include in your message
The more detail you send, the quicker we can guide you. A short description is fine, but specific information helps with load calculations and equipment sizing, especially in older homes with converted ceilings or office spaces with several use patterns.
- Property type and suburb
- Number of rooms or zones required
- Approximate floor area in square metres
- Any existing ducted equipment or controls
- Preferred timing for a visit or quotation
If the building is coastal or has high humidity, mention that too. It affects ductwork, insulation and service intervals, and it saves time later on.
For new builds, retrofits and upgrades
Our team handles new build installations, retrofit projects and system upgrades for both homes and offices. If you already have ducting in place, we can assess whether room-by-room dampers and smart thermostats will work with what is there, or whether changes are needed.
For older properties, a site assessment helps us check ceiling depth, return air paths, access panels and the best route for controls wiring. Sometimes a small change makes the system easier to service and cheaper to run.
Service enquiries and seasonal maintenance
We also arrange seasonal servicing, fault finding and airflow balancing. If your system is uneven, noisy or not holding temperature from one room to the next, send us an email and describe what you are noticing. A clear note on when the problem started is useful, especially if it happens only at certain times of day.
We aim to respond with practical next steps first, then schedule a visit if needed. In many cases we can narrow the issue down before anyone comes out, which saves time and avoids unnecessary call-outs.
